Steel framework
holds me up
concrete pillars
erect
building blocks that I depend on
rely on
to support
me
stitching small
invisible thread
patched
woven
threaded blocks enclosing
enveloping
keeping me warm
held
glued
pieces together
joined as one entire
piece-fit together
not quite
yet still hold
it doesn't matter
about the gaps-
they make things real
believable
a bit like life really...
